ReplyDeleteWe just started Insanity last week so all I can tell you so far is I feel like my legs & arms are going to fall off. My abs (or lack there of right now) are always on fire and my lungs burn too. But I'm enjoying it which is the crazy part!!
Good luck if y'all decide to do it - the results are what I'm driven by :)
