Exercise has been the BANE of my existence... Everything else in my world has been a priority. Oh I hate this...See Week 2's Plan here for what I want to attempt this week.
Something this 31 day challenge has reinforced is that I need to slow down and realign on Priorities. Things like going to bed at a decent time so I can wake up and work out is so important. Scheduling our evening so I can relax as well. We just go go go a lot. Its all fun, its all great, and most of it makes me smile, but not at the cost of my well being or getting on a healthy track to try to conceive.
