Don't be hard on yourself. It is what it is. If I can offer one piece of advice, it would be to choose one thing and focus on that one thing for 4-6 weeks (I know that professional coaches say it takes 21 days to establish a habit. I fall apart between 4-6) & once that one thing is good, add something else. I'm focused in habits that reduce my stress-meditation, regular writing, photography. When I get good there, I'll move on to walking every day. It's hard to juggle all the balls at once.
