31 days in Anticipation of Expecting - Progress Update- Day 14

Don't you like the pretty background of my progress update??? Don't look at those numbers...I gained not lost...not happy...

Totally Dissapointed

  1. Don't be hard on yourself. It is what it is.

    If I can offer one piece of advice, it would be to choose one thing and focus on that one thing for 4-6 weeks (I know that professional coaches say it takes 21 days to establish a habit. I fall apart between 4-6) & once that one thing is good, add something else. I'm focused in habits that reduce my stress-meditation, regular writing, photography. When I get good there, I'll move on to walking every day.

    It's hard to juggle all the balls at once.
