Snow by Kathryn Hewitt is how I started my goal of reading more in 2014.
The story about a sweet Christian girl who's life is controlled by her choices both good and bad, was a great way to start off the year! I found myself complete engaged with the characters of the book, and related to some of the decisions and personality types that were introduced.
I thought it was wonderful how the author used bible versus to start each of the chapters, as a way of foreshadowing what was to come. I also appreciated the Christian themes of forgiveness and grace, found in the midst of very real decisions, sin, and a coming of age story.
I would highly recommend this book!
